Park Holiday Homes is situated just off the A38 near
to Cheltenham Spa and Tewkesbury. Following signs for
Apperley takes you off the main road and you are only
2 minutes drive from the park, in fact such is the privacy
afforded to the park by the high hedgerow and set back
driveway you could easily miss it! But help is at hand
with a welcome landmark in the form of the Farmers
Arms public house

Turning
in you are confronted by a backdrop of the the Cotswolds
with Cleeve Hill being the highest point and the Severn
valley which is quite stunning, reminding me of holidays
taken in the Lake District (without the lakes of course)
| Park
owners Harry and Ruby have 24 holiday homes on the site
at present and plans are in place for an additional
6 homes in the very near future. Such is the size and
layout of the park this will present no problems and
still maintain privacy for all visitors. In the meantime
they are constantly working on the park to ensure a
relaxed, happy and of course secure feel to the place. |

Roy
Stanton has been a regular visitor to the park since having
a bit more time on his hands says “stunning views, peace
and quiet , helpful owners, what more can I say”. These
are sentiments echoed by Sam and Pauline Tasney who have
had their holiday home here for 2 years “the people on the
site are lovely and we especially enjoy the country walks”………being
less of a pedestrian type myself I was pleased to see ample
and secure car parking not only on the site but next door
as well, definitely recommended.
Places of Interest:
Cheltenham - the centre of the Cotswolds is only
15 minutes drive away with its renowned regency buildings,
pedestrianised shopping area with café/bars, restaurants
and theatres.
Tewkesbury - with the largest number of medieval
buildings in the UK, where the River Avon meets the River
Severn is a must for the history and many alleyways
to wander through. On the edge of the town is the abbey
church and close at hand are river walks.
Cotswolds - on your doorstep. Within an easy
drive the Cotswolds can offer a rich tapestry of views from
Bath
in the south up through the Wool town of Broadway
in the north.
